NoTitle sells curated clothing products, including recycled, upcycled, and limited-run items sourced from selected suppliers. All products are sold directly by NoTitle.

Because of the nature of these products, sizing, materials, and fit may vary by item. Measurements and descriptions are provided to help you choose the best fit.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders, correct pricing or listing errors, or refuse service when necessary.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers (such as Squarespace Payments, Stripe, or PayPal). By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines and costs are shown at checkout. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

5. Email & SMS Marketing

You may choose to sign up for email and SMS updates through our website, pop-ups, or checkout.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive marketing text messages from NoTitle. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to make a purchase.

You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in our emails. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

6. Contests & Promotions

From time to time, NoTitle may run promotions, flash giveaways, or contests, including on social media. These are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform unless stated.

Each promotion may have its own rules, which will be provided at the time of the promotion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including designs, logos, images, text, and graphics, belongs to NoTitle or its suppliers and may not be used without permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Site’s operation.
